All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partner. Because of this, processing times are required before shipment.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist where possible.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
